In honor of the 60 Day Challenge, and starting my website the first day of 2012, the first recipe is Dr. Bob Arnot’s Mila Smoothie. Hope you are ready to start your new year off with some new healthy habits! You can watch this video for a step by step demonstration, but the recipe is also listed below.
In a blender mix:
1-2 scoops of Mila
1/2 cup greek yogurt
2 cups kale or spinach
1/2 cup blueberries (organic frozen)
4-8 oz of water depending on how thick you want it (I use coconut water)
Honey to sweeten
