Simple, refreshing, clean, and packed with nutrients. I use frozen berries so there is no need for ice. Coconut water gives the smoothie a slight sweetness, but you may need to add honey if you prefer it sweeter. Perfect for an afternoon pick-me, especially on a sunny day.
20 oz coconut water
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1-2 scoops of Mila
Pour all ingredients into blender and liquify. (I have your basic blender and it works great)
